Prep Help
The week of Thanksgiving, we need volunteers to help prepare the venue. There are a variety of needs throughout the week including table and chair setup, unloading trucks, washing cookware and utensils and food preparation. We are usually at the venue Monday through Wednesday getting things ready.
Meal Delivery
For those that cannot attend the dinner, we offer a limited number of meals for delivery. We need volunteers for the morning of Thanksgiving to get the meals from us to them. This is a fun and rewarding activity to experience with your family.
Servers
Servers are needed for the delivered meals as well as the in house dinner. Working behind the line to keep the plates moving is at the heart of feeding everyone. We also need volunteers to serve pie, beverages, and clearing tables.
Kitchen
Kitchen volunteers are needed for cooking stations all day. We also need help keeping cookware clean throughout the day. At the end of the day, we clean every piece of cookware and clean the kitchen from top to bottom.
